    We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, and very capable salespeople to bring the business to the next level. We are a fundraising and product digital platform based in Bray. While we are similar to JustGiving.com and iDonate.ie, we offer a unique integration for products, providing a distinctive offering to organisations of all sizes. Our platform has been developed over the last year and a half, and we are seeking individuals to roll out the new platform to charities in Ireland and the UK.

  • Experience

    Mandatory:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in the technology, nonprofit, or fundraising sectors.

    Great to have:

    • Experience in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales leads.
    • Experience with corporate-level sales.
    • Experience with digital platforms, digital fundraising platforms, or nonprofit fundraising tools.
    • Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Adyen.
    • Experience with CRM solutions such as HubSpot.
  • Educational Qualifications

    Great to have but not mandatory:

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Qualification in sales or fundraising.
  • Skills

    • Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, follow up with inbound queries, lead negotiations, and close deals.
    • Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize time in relation to potential outcomes.
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively pitch the platform's benefits.
    • Understanding of the Charity Landscape: Familiarity with the challenges and needs of nonprofit organizations and donors.
    • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of online fundraising platforms to potential users.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and current customers.
    • Problem Solving: Ability to address client concerns and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
    • Adaptability: Stay updated with changes in the fundraising industry and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.

  • Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients for the fundraising platform and contact them via LinkedIn, phone, or email as appropriate.
    • Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the platform’s features.
    • Cultivate and nurture leads, converting them into clients.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to network and promote the platform.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Assist with onboarding clients.
    • Willingness to travel if necessary to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Other Considerations

    • Ideally have a car and a full driving license.
    • Potential for 1-2 days of remote working after a period of settling in.
    • As we expand, there may be a requirement to travel to the UK for meetings, which may require two days.
