- “Platform” refers to the collective activities provided by Fundraising Digital Solutions Ltd which includes the website, www.fundraisingsolutions.co and related websites, and fundraising services and activities provided through www.fundraisingsolutions.co both offline and online
- "Charity" refers to a non-profit organisation or non-profit organisations registered on the Platform to receive donations.
- "Donor" refers to any individual or entity who makes donations through the Platform.
- "Partner" refers to any individual or entity who organises a fundraising event or service through the Platform on behalf of a Charity.
- "Participant" refers to an individual or legal entity that engages with the website www.fundraisingsolutions.co or any services or activities facilitated or offered by www.fundraisingsolutions.co.
- "Services" refers to the functionalities provided by the Platform to facilitate online and offline fundraising.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any documents referred to herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or the associated services or activities.
Participating in Fundraising Events & Services
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in fundraising events constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and relevant terms and conditions from the Charity. These Terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Liability
In all fundraising events and activities, the organiser is identified as the Charity or Charities listed on the event participation page and, where applicable, the Partner. The Platform acts solely as a platform provider and expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with the management, conduct, or outcomes of these events.
Raffle
These Terms and Conditions relate to a Participant in a Raffle.
- The organiser of the Raffle may be either a single Charity or multiple Charities, as specified on the page where participation in the Raffle is available. For the purposes of these Terms, any such entity will be referred to as 'the Charity'.
- All funds raised will be distributed to the Charity. In the case where there are multiple charities organising the event, the money raised will be broadly split evenly amongst all the organising charities.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over to enter the raffle.
- Employees and relatives of employees of the Charity are ineligible to enter.
- Price of the tickets is displayed on the page where you can participate in the Raffle. Tickets may be purchased online through this page or offline if available.
- Each ticket sold will be entered into the draw only once.
- Tickets are non-refundable, except in case the raffle is cancelled.
- Prizes are listed on the page where you can participate in the Raffle
- Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- The raffle draw will take place on the date listed on the page where you can participate in the Raffle.
- Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received through an independently formulated algorithm that is built into the Raffle software.
- Winners will be notified by email or telephone within seven days of the draw date. Details of the winners will be posted on the Charities social media or website.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the Charity reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Participants consent to the use of their names and images in promotional material by the Charity.
- The Charity is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, cancellation, or alteration of the raffle.
- The Charity’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Where there is a dispute in relation to prizes or the administration of a raffle, the decision made by the Charity is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Competition / Question of Skill
These Terms and Conditions relate to a Participant in a Competition / Question of Skill. All competitions are skill-based competitions, and an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
- The organiser of the Competition / Question of Skill (“Competition”) may be either a single Charity or multiple Charities, as specified on the page where participation in the Competition is available.
- All funds raised will be distributed to the Charity. In the case where there are multiple charities organising the event, the money raised will be broadly split evenly amongst all the organising charities.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over to enter the Competition.
- Employees and relatives of employees of the Charity are ineligible to enter.
- To be in with a chance of winning a prize, everyone who enters the Competition will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Chairty.
- To enter the Competition, you are required to pay for an entry, the price per entry is displayed on the page where you can patriciate in the Competition. Entries may be purchased online through this page or offline if available.
- Each entry along with a correct answer will be entered into the draw.
- Entries are non-refundable, except in case the Competition is cancelled.
- Prizes are listed on the page where you can participate in the Competition.

Auction
These Terms and Conditions relate to a Participant in an Auction
- The organiser of the Auction may be either a single Charity or multiple Charities, as specified on the page where participation in the Auction is available.
- All funds raised will be distributed to the Charity. In the case where there are multiple charities organising the event, the money raised will be broadly split evenly amongst all the organising charities.
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over to engage with an Auction.
- Employees and relatives of employees of the Charity are ineligible to enter.
- Participants can enter the auction by registering online or attending the event if this is an option

- All bids are denominated in Euro (€). Bids can be made in Euro (€), Sterling (£) or dollar ($). Where the bid is not made in Euro (€), the exchange rate on the day provided by Stripe will be used
- Bidders can place bids through an online platform
- The highest bid received by the closing time of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.
- All items are auctioned in their current condition. The Organising Charity makes no warranty or representation regarding the condition, quality, or value of any items.
- Images and descriptions of auction items are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual items.
- Winners will be notified within seven days following the auction.
- When you place a bid, a hold is placed on the amount of the bid on your banking card. When you win, this amount is taken from your account
- Items must be collected by the winners within seven days of the last day of the auction, unless delivery arrangements have been made. See the confirmation email for further details
- Once a bid is made, it cannot be withdrawn. Winning bids are considered final and binding.
- Refunds or exchanges of auction items are not permitted unless the item is found to be significantly not as described.
- The organising Charity accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any person as a result of entering the auction or accepting any prize. The organising Charity further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the auction.

Event
These Terms and Conditions relate to a Participant in an Event
- The organiser of the Event (“Event”) may be either a single Charity or multiple Charities, as specified on the page where participation in the Competition is available or a Partner organising an Event on behalf of a Charity. For the purposes of these Terms, any such entity will be referred to as 'the Charity'
- All funds raised will be distributed to the Charity. In the case where there are multiple charities organising the event, the money raised will be broadly split evenly amongst all the organising charities.
- Events are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Charity and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any prize-related activities.
- Participants must register for the event by the prescribed deadline. A registration fee may apply, which is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the Charity.
- Participants must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
- Participants agree to follow all instructions and regulations set forth by the Charity during the event. Failure to comply with event rules may result in expulsion from the event.
- The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the event for reasons of safety, non-compliance with these Terms, or disruptive behaviour.
- If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Charity will issue refunds to registered participants if the registration fee was collected.
- Participants who are unable to attend the event after registration must notify the Charity at least 3 days prior to the event start date to be eligible for a partial refund, if applicable.
- The Charity or the Platform Provider does not accept responsibility for personal injury, property damage, loss of belongings, or any other liabilities that may arise from participation in the event, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Participants acknowledge that they attend and participate in the event at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.
- The Charity may take photographs or recordings during the event, and participants consent to the use of these images and recordings in future promotional materials.
- Participants hereby covenant and agree not to engage in any conduct or undertake any action that could reasonably be construed to damage the reputation of the Event, the Charity, or any Partners associated with the Event. Such actions include, but are not limited to, behaviour that could publicly disparage, denigrate, or otherwise harm the perception of the aforementioned entities. Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal from the Event and potential legal action.

Partners organising Fundraising Events
The following Terms and Conditions relate to a Partner whether they are an entity or an individual who organises a fundraising event on behalf of a Charity through the Platform.
- The organiser of the event is the Partner in collaboration with the Charity.
- All funds raised via the Partners activities will be distributed to the Charity. In the case where there are multiple charities organising the event, the money raised will be broadly split evenly amongst all the organising charities.
- The Partner is responsible for the planning, organisation, and execution of the Event in accordance with these Terms and the guidelines provided by www.fundraisingsolutions.co and, where applicable, guidelines provided by the Charity.
- The Partner confirms that it has the authority and consent to organise this event and agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding charitable fundraising.
- The Partner is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use www.fundraisingsolutions.co for the purpose of the Event
- The platform must not be used for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or in any way contrary to the ethos and values of www.fundraisingsolutions.co or the Charity.
- The Partner agrees to ensure that all promotional materials, advertisements, and public communications about the event clearly state that the event is organised by the Partner with the support of www.fundraisingsolutions.co and lists the Charity that will benefit from the Event
- The Partner agrees to manage and conduct the Event in a professional manner that reflects positively on the reputations of both the Charity and the Platform Provider.
- The Partner agrees to collect funds in a manner that is transparent, accountable, and compliant with all applicable financial regulations.
- The Partner must ensure that any personal data collected during the event is managed securely and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The Partner agrees that data collected from participants must only be used for purposes directly related to the execution of the event unless additional consent is obtained.
- The Partner grants the Platform Provider the right to use the Partner’s name, logo, and related event materials for promotional purposes in relation to the event.
- The Platform Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the Partner's organisation or conduct of the event.
- The Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Partner’s actions or omissions in connection with the event.
- The Platform Provider reserves the right to withdraw the platform’s support for the event if the Partner breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- The Partner may cancel the event with prior notice to the Platform Provider, subject to any agreed-upon terms regarding cancellation penalties or fees.
